I like to say that life is short, but the road is long.
Life is too short to spend your time wishing it away, yearning for it to look different than it is.
And at the same time, life is too long for us to sit around tolerating the way things are without even trying to improve things we wish were different.
I get this because I’ve lived this, both wishing desperately that my life was just more, while also feeling completely stuck in it, unable and unsure of how to make any changes.
I know how maddening it is to know what you need to do and what you should do to make your life better, and yet feel stuck and frustrated with yourself because you don’t know how to make yourself do it. Where is your inspiration? How can you find the missing motivation to do what you want to do?
You wonder if there’s something missing in you. Other people do what you want to be doing, so why can’t you? Maybe there’s something wrong with you. You start to think maybe you don’t deserve it. Maybe you start thinking that you must just not want it enough, so you try to stop wanting it, period.
But that doesn’t work, either, because you can’t pretend you don’t want what you want. And you can’t ignore your growing dissatisfaction with your life and with yourself.
I know what it’s like to feel the flatline feeling of unexpressed desire, both numb and raw at the same time. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated that you can’t seem to succeed at what feels like the smallest changes in life. I wanted it badly enough; shouldn’t that have been enough?
But it wasn’t.
Here’s a hard truth: Desire alone is not enough. Desire is powerful, oh yes. Your desire is a potent magic. It’s a powerful fuel that, when burned appropriately, can create your world.
But, it’s not enough on its own. On its own, desire cannot make changes—only you can do that. And if you don’t pair desire with the other ingredients needed to actually make change, your desire can begin to turn toxic, leaving you deeply unhappy, cynical and untrusting of your life, yourself and even desire itself.
Change requires action. Action requires discipline. Discipline only appears when a commitment is made. And commitment requires your decision. Your decision to choose to stop just wanting and start creating.
I know this feels confusing and overwhelming most of the time. We don’t know how to make our desires become reality. We think we don’t have what it takes. We don’t know where to start. This is where I come in. I can teach you how. It’s easier than you think and I promise you, you CAN do it.
The truth is, I don’t know if you WILL, but I do know that you CAN.
And to be clear, you don’t need help. You don’t need me. You have the power within you and you always have, all along. You have everything you need.
But you might want some help. Because we all benefit from support and accountability, especially when it comes to making changes, which can be overwhelming on our own. And because doing it all alone, on your own, hasn’t worked yet, either, right?

A life that feels full-colour and alive.
I love seeing people lean out of the cage of what they think they should do and who they should be, and lean into the possibility of a life they love, while learning how to fall in love with themselves at the same time.
Loving ourselves is key. Without it, we’re operating from obligation, not passion and commitment. Martyring ourselves isn’t particularly successful or sustainable when it comes to living a life we love.
After all, if we don’t know how to love ourselves, we’re unlikely to let ourselves believe we deserve a life we love, too.
I love that my work allows me to help people to create their lives to be all of the things they want it to be.
Coaching is a powerful tool that has helped me to create a more amazing life than I ever dreamed possible for me. And the best part is that I get to use this magic to help other people transform their lives and themselves, too.
And, I realize that not everyone is able or even wanting to work with a coach 1:1 to help them get where they want to be. And that’s okay, too. But it doesn’t mean that not everyone is able to use some support to make some of the changes to their lives that they desire.

I get it; you’ve set goals and made resolutions in the past, so now you’re even more wary of the possibility of changing your future.
The honest truth is that I can’t promise you that you’ll get exactly the results you want to create. Life doesn’t come with a guarantee, and neither does this work.
But I can promise you that as long as you show up and are willing to play for the life of your dreams, you will get a whole lot closer to it than if you didn’t.
Truthfully? I have no idea. Mostly because I don’t yet know what it is you want to create (you do, though).
I also don’t know if you will get exactly everything you want, but I do know that it’s possible (because anything is), and this program will support you to be able to get a whole lot closer to it than sitting around, wishing for it or regretting that you haven’t.
Hmm, that’s a tricky one. If you really don’t believe it’s possible, then you probably shouldn’t sign up, because if you don’t have a sliver of faith in the possibility of getting what you want, then it’s pretty unlikely you’re going to be willing to do the work and take the action.
If you just read that answer, though, and felt annoyed, then I think you probably believe just enough that it might be worth signing up and finding out!
In general though, I’m always supporting people to break goals down into smaller steps, not bigger ones, which means you don’t need hours each day in order to see positive and lasting transformation.
