I help people just like you to learn how to harness their desire and drive from a place of self love and self-acceptance, rather than control and brute force. I help driven people get out from under the crushing weight of their impossible-to-meet expectations, to relinquish their perfectionism and to create and live a beautiful experience of life, instead. A life that includes incredible achievements, certainly, but not at the expense of joy and peace and well-being.
